This is a unique “Compass Rose” turtle bracelet design featuring small secret compartment.
Sea turtles have long been seen as an emblem for wisdom and self preservation. In some cultures they are a symbol of long life, while in others they have been lovingly nicknamed ‘the navigator,’ and are a sign of being able to find your way in the ‘murky waters’ of life.

The compartment is approximately 0.25" (7 mm) in diameter. It should fit a pill that is about 0.25" (6-7 mm).
