INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME
Orders are usually fulfilled and shipped within 1-3 business days (M-F) of purchase. Made-to-order items are usually shipped within 3-5 business days (M-F) of purchase. Processing time for custom and pre-order pieces may take longer, details of which can be found in the product description. You will be charged at the time the order is placed. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
SHIPPING METHODS AND FEES
We currently offer DHL Express, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail International as shipping methods. We will select the carrier based on the destination country and order value.
International Orders Over $500
We offer free DHL Express, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail International shipping on all international orders over $500.
International Orders Under $500
Orders under $500 are shipped via DHL Express, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail International for a flat fee of $49. After your order is fulfilled, it will generally take 5-10 business days to arrive.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY
We happily accept unworn merchandise with tags attached within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund for all qualifying orders. All international orders need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. To obtain an RMA code, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, and items you’ll be returning.
Please note that we do not offer free shipping for international returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, taxes and fees.
Custom-made personalized pieces, including monograms and nameplates, are handmade to order and FINAL SALE only.

RETURN SHIPPING PROCESS
We do not offer free shipping for international returns. To return your order, please include the original invoice and RMA number, as well as any gift with purchase. You may choose the shipping carrier of your choice. Shipping and handling charges, as well as duties and fees, are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package.
