DO YOU HAVE MY SIZE?

Most of our products are sized to order. Please select your size when placing an order. Refer to bracelet size chart to decide which size will fit you best. For accurate sizing, measure your wrist and include the measurement when you submit the order. If you need help with sizing please contact us at studio@snakebones.com.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT'S PLACED?

If you have placed an order incorrectly, please contact us at studio@snakebones.com. If your order hasn't been shipped yet we will try our best to resolve the situation.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM AND HOW CAN I TRACK DELIVERY?

Much of our handcrafted jewelry is made to order and ships within a few days via priority service. Please see product description for availability. Delivery will normally take 2-7 days after dispatch, depending on your location. Contact us at studio@snakebones.com if you would like to receive your order by a specific date.

We will keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated delivery date. You can also follow the progress in your Snake Bones account.
